YajC is found in the heterotrimeric complex SecDFYajC, a heterotetrameric complex secDFYajC-YidC which can bind to SecYEG, and in an abundant ~56 kDa homoligomeric complex (Nouwen, 2002; Stenberg, 2005).[4]
