tufA encodes an essential function, with duplicate gene tufB, such that tufA or tufB can be deleted, but the double mutant is inviable. HT_Cmplx23_Cyt: FusA+Tsf+TufA.HT_Cmplx4_Cyt: Tsf+TufA.[4]
