Notes

Crl enhances RpoS activity in vivo.[7] Crl has been shown to interact directly with RpoS in vivo and in vitro[6]. In vitro results sugges that it acts to stimulate RpoS activity by enhancing formation of RNA polymerase sigma 38.[8] In vitro it has been shown to stimulate formation of RNA polymerase sigma70 and RNA polymerase sigma32.[8]
