Notes
HflX has both GTPase and ATPase activities (Jain, 2009; Dutta, 2009). HflX itself does not affect transposition efficiency and an earlier report of a defect may be due to a polar effect on hflKC (Twiss, 2005; Dutta, 2009).[4]
