Notes

NarJ has two NarG binding sites: one for Mo insertion and one to block membrane attachment via NarI until activation is complete. Induced by anaerobiosis plus nitrate. NarJ is essential for a Tat-dependent interaction between NarG and Mo proteins.[4]
