Using REFOLD

Browsing

Error creating thumbnail: /bin/bash: /opt/local/bin/convert: No such file or directory Error code: 127
Browsing REFOLD

Clicking on the browse link on REFOLD gives a tree view sorted by type of refolding method. Clicking on a protocol type gives a list of proteins for with protocols in the database. You can also group the results by structural class of the protein, source organism, etc.

Searching by induction method

REFOLD has a basic text search, but also has an advanced search that allows users to search for protocols based on many specific criteria, including properties of the expressed protein, of the construct, and the experimental protocol.
