Genome Browsers

From EcoliWiki
Jump to: navigation, search

PortEco provides genome browsers for E. coli, B. subtilis, plasmids, phage, and mobile elements. We curate and provide custom tracks for available datasets, such as alternative annotations, ChIP experiments, and mutations.

The tables below also provide links to relevant genome browsers at other sites.

Plasmids

Plasmid maps provided in the porteco genome browser are for systems used for studying plasmid biology. We also have a large number of EcoliWiki pages for plasmids, including many cloning vectors, with graphical maps. <protect>
