Notes
Based on the genotype of its parental strain P90A5, P90A5C would be expected to have the lacY1 mutation. However, according to Harris et al. (1978)[2] P90A5C is lacZ4. An isolate of P90A5C obtained from Dr. Rich Calendar tested as LacZ-.Siegele 18:11, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
