Sequenced E. coli Genomes

EcoliWiki plans to create gene lists for all available laboratory E. coli K-12, B, and C strains. However, numerous strains of E. coli, non-pathogenic or pathogenic, have been sequenced or the projects are in progress. Use this table to track which genomes are available and where they are available from. Please add any strains you know are being sequenced or are finished.
