Sequenced E. coli Genomes

EcoliWiki plans to create gene lists for all available laboratory E. coli K-12, B, and C strains. However, numerous strains of E. coli, non-pathogenic or pathogenic, have been sequenced. Use this table to track which genomes are available and where they are available from.
