Chromosomal Genotype

Here is where the Chromosomal Genotype would be entered

Plasmids

Any plasmids in the strain can be linked here. If the plasmid is in EcoliWiki, link directly to the plasmid page by using the following: [[Plasmid Page Name]] where Plasmid Page Name is the page of the plasmid. For example, if this strain had pACYC177 in it, type [[pACYC177]].

If you want the plasmid information included on the page, {{:pACYC177}}. Note that doing this will pull the WHOLE page and is not recommended except in extreme cases.

Phage

Phage can be included in the wiki. As in the plasmids above, the phage can be typed or directly linked to the EcoliWiki page by using the [[Page name]] notation.

Phenotypes

The Phenotype of the strain can be entered here.
