DmsA and YnfE are paralogs that intefere with YnfFGH assembly. AFMB Structural Genomics target No. (http://afmb.cnrs-mrs.fr/article171.html). Verified Tat substrate: YnfE has a Tat-only (Class I) predicted 42 aa signal peptide (Tullman-Ercek, 2007).[4]
