This table contains information about available structures of the gene product. Users can add or edit information by editing the table. A picture of the table is below.
This section includes automated identification of product structures in the PDB and in various structural modeling sites. The PDB structure table is generated by a periodic BLAST of all protein sequences in EcoliWiki vs sequences from PDB stored at NCBI.
