Notes
This gene is a remnant of the type three secretion system (T3SS) pathogenicity island ETT2. 18 kb of ETT2 has been deleted from K-12, leaving 10 kb of the presumably non-functional T3SS ETT2 remaining. First 27 aa may be a signal peptide. YqeJ is homologous to FidL (S.t.) from the Spi-3 PAI.[4]
