pTrcHis vectors are designed for enhanced regulated transcription from the trc promoter and enhanced translation efficiency of eukaryotic genes, containing the lacO operator and lacIq repressor genes for transcriptional regulation in any E. coli strain. Also included in these vectors are a c-terminal polyhistidine (6xHis) tag for purification and detection and a c-terminal c-myc epitope detection of fusion proteins.
