Notes

pTrcHis vectors are designed for enhanced regulated transcription from the trc promoter and enhanced translation efficiency of eukaryotic genes, containing the lacO operator and lacIq repressor genes for transcriptional regulation in any E. coli strain. Also included in these vectors are an n-terminal polyhistidine (6xHis) tag for rapid purification and detection, an n-terminal Xpress epitope for detection, and an enterokinase cleavage site for removal of fusion tag.
