Notes

The pThioHis A vector possess the IPTG inducible trc promoter that is regulated by the lac repressor. The His-Patch thioredoxin gene optimizes this vector for expression of insoluble or uneasily expressed proteins. The His-Patch also provide an efficient means of detection and purification.
