pRSET-E is part of the Echo™ Cloning System family of expression vectors, which are specifically made to regulate expression in E. coli. The T7 promoter drives the expression in E. coli. This vector includes suitable transcription regulatory sequences that will control the expression of the interest gene in E. coli. In addition to that, a unique loxP site is located in these sequences.
