Notes
pNEBR-R1 is designed to control gene expression in mammalian cells as part of the RheoSwitch® Inducible Gene Expression System. It can be linearized using one of the unique restriction enzyme sites shown on map. The plasmid expresses an engineered nuclear receptor heterodimer consisting of two proteins, RheoReceptor-1 and RheoActivator. Its source is the E.coli strain ER2272 by a standard plasmid purification procedure.
