- pFC8A employs Sfg I, a rare endonuclease, for simple directional cloning. Various expression or peptide tag options to enable expression for protein analysis. All Flexi® Vectors possess the barnase gene, a lethal gene resulting in positive selection for insert ligation, as it is replaced by the DNA fragment of interest.
