Notes
The pDEST14 Gateway destination vectors were created for the rapid cloning with a Gateway entry clone using lambda phage site-specific recombination. All of the vectros contain T7 promoters and pBR322 origins of replication to help reduce the basal expression levels in BL21. The vector is used mostly in the expression of the GST proteins.

There are four vectors that all serve the same purpose. These are the vectors pDEST14, 15, 17, 24.
