Notes

The pCX-TOPO vectror produces a fusion protein. This protein consists of the CX leader and the RsaA secretion siganl. This could be used as a positive control for the expression and purification. The pCX vector will also produce a recombinant RsaA fusion protein that is 33 kDa large.

History

The pCX-TOPO vector is the parent vector to the pCX vector.
