Expresses affinity tagged fusion proteins in bacteria for enrichment by a Calmodulin based resin. This plasmid contains T7 promoter and terminator, multiple cloning sites, EK and thrombin targets, pBR322 origin, and ampicillin resistance. It also contains a calmodulin-binding peptide.
