norfloxacin

Norfloxacin is an inhibitor of DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. MW:319.3 In vitro, the Ki for gyrase and topo IV are similar, but higher concentrations are needed to kill E. coli carrying a resistant mutant of gyrase[1].
