Notes
TyrR regulon. HAAAP family. The AroP (general aromatic) and TnaB (Trp, low affinity) permeases can also transport tryptophan. Mtr is the only indole permease, as determined by genetic analysis of growth on indole byTrp auxotrophs (Yanofsky, 1991).[4]
