Notes
GspG is processed by GspO when both are expressed. gspO complements a pulO mutation for pullanase secretion in a K-12 strain with the Klebsiella pul operon. GspO cleaves PilE (N. gonorrhoeae) and PulG (K.oxytoca). A divergon is a regulon comprised of two adjacent divergent operons or genes.[4]
