Notes
YddV/Dos may constitute a cyclic-diGMP synthesis/degradation module (Mndez-Ortiz, 2006). Overexpressed YddV(YhcK) complements R. leguminosarum celR mutants to produce cellulose and enhances cellulose production in A. tumefaciens. YddV can complement Salmonella adrA. YddV has a GCSD(Globin-Coupled-Sensor Domain) , then a C-terminal diguanylate cyclase GGDEF domaIn. First gene in yddV-dos operon. YddV has been described as YhcK, the name of a B. subtilis homolog of YedQ. RpoS regulon (Weber, 2006).[4]
