About VectorDB

VectorDB is officially maintained by SGD. This DB houses a range of vector sequences for a variety of organisms.

Content

Gives a list of available cloning vectors and their sequences, ranging from bacterial to phage, and Drosophila to mouse.

You can peruse the contents in various manners, listed by vector type or organism-specific.

Searching

This DB gives you the option to search for a specific vector by typing in the name. Although the list itself may be limited and the majority of vectors may not be present in the dataset.
