Usage

start
The start coordinate for the feature you are interested in displaying.
end
The end coordinate.
name
This is the "name" of the organism. You can find a list of possibilities at http://trimer.tamu.edu/cgi-bin/list_gbrowse_instances . This defaults to ecoli.
seq_id
This is the namespace for the feature. Most of the time this is the RefSeq identifier. This defaults to MG1655.
trackset
The trackset to display. Leave blank if you're not sure, but for the Expression pages, you should have Gene+DNA_+Protein (and depending on the orientation of the gene) +flip.
width
Should be 400 (unlike the 300 for the regular GBrowse image).
