why UbiA shouldn't be annotated to cellular respiration.
UbiA is involved in the synthesis of a compound that plays a role in aerobic respiration, but UbiA shouldn't be annotated to the process of cellular respiration. UbiA belongs on the branch of the GO tree for cellular metabolic and biosynthetic processes, instead of the branch for generation of precursor metabolites and energy. I'll make a diagram and put it on the discussion page. (DAS, TAMU)
