Short Description

The Sequence Manipulation Suite is a lightweight JavaScript toolbox that allows a multitude of operations on both DNA and protein sequences.

This ranges from simple protein translation, over the calculation of statistics such as molecular weight and iso-electric point, to the generation of random sequences.

Sequences submitted to the Sequence Manipulation Suite do not leave your computer and are instead manipulated by your web browser, which executes the JavaScript.
