PinPoint Vectors include encoded endoproteinase Factor Xa proteolytic site (provides a way to separate purification tag from native protein) and a multiple cloning region for ease in the making of fusion proteins.

This vector was made for use with the PinPoint™ Xa Protein Purification System(a,b,c). A Promega product designed for the production and purification of fusion proteins which are biotinylated in vivo.
