About Mycozome

Mycozome is a databae that uses some of the standard bioinformatic tools (PFAM, KOG, SwissProt, etc) to compare the relationships of different fungal genomes.

Content

From their site, the following genomes are included:

Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisia), Aspergillus nidulans,Fusarium graminearum, (a.k.a. Gibberella zeae), Orange bread mold, Neurospora crassa, Debaryomyces hansenii and Yarrowia Lipolytica
