About
Description (originally from EcoCyc[1][2]) codBA
Comments (originally from EcoCyc[1][2]) The expression of codBA operon, whose genes are overlapped, is induced under nitrogen-limited growth conditions and repressed by purines or pyrimidines. This induction and repression is mediated by NAC and PurR proteins respectively [3][4].
