Notes
SirA(TusA) interacts with and activates IscS, accepting sulfur from IscS to form C19 persulfide; transfers C19 persulfide to C78 of YheN(TusD). The gene name tus has already been used as a primary gene name, so tusA-E are kept as synonyms in EcoGene.[1]
