Help:Gene Ontology

The Gene Ontology Table contains Gene Ontology (GO) annotations for the gene product. The user can add or edit information by editing the table. A picture of the table is below. For either adding data or editing data already in the table, click on the Edit Table link at the bottom of the table.

After clicking on the Edit Table link, an editable version of the table will appear:

To add data, click on the Add Data button at the bottom of the table to create a new row with text boxes where you can enter information.

To edit information already in the table, click on the Edit button at the end of a row, and the text boxes for that row will appear. To save what you've entered: First, click on the Save button at the bottom of the table (not pictured) and an updated table will appear. Next, click on the Save Table to Wiki Page button at the bottom of the updated table.
