About TOPSAN

The Open Protein Structure Annotation Network (TOPSAN), is a wiki-based community project to collect, share, and distribute information about protein structures determined at PSI centers. TOPSAN offers a combination of automatically generated, as well as comprehensive, expert-curated annotations, provided by the Joint Center for Structural Genomics personnel and members from the research community.
