View source for RNases

The specificities of different RNases can be used to determine the 2° structure of RNA molecules.
* RNase A (pancreatic ribonuclease, a.k.a. RNase I) is an endonuclease that cleaves single-stranded RNA at C and U residues. [http://www.worthington-biochem.com/RNASE/default.html]
* RNase T1 is an endonuclease that cleaves single-stranded RNA on the 3'-side of G residues, leaving 3-GMP at the termini. [http://www.worthington-biochem.com/RT1/default.html]
