Notes
EvgAS regulon. Overexpression causes abnormal biofilm architecture. E. coli-only protein. First 17 aa are predicted to be a type II signal peptide. ATG changed due to a better RBS, in-frame stop codon in E. coli CFT073 and a LIPO box.[4]
