Notes
PgaC complements a mutation in the homologous Y. pestis hemin storage gene hmsR. Two predicted transmembrane domains at the N-terminus and three at the C-terminus may anchor PgaC, which has a large central, possibly periplasmic, domain. CsrA regulon. PGA is oly-beta-1,6-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine.[4]
