Notes

Originally annotated as a 308 aa protein, native YadB is predicted to have 298 aa based on protein sequence conservation. However, the upstream start site has a better RBS. Both versions have been overproduced and are active (Dubois, 2004; Campanacci, 2004). AFMB Structural Genomics target No. 12 (http://afmb.cnrs-mrs.fr/article171.html).[4]
