Notes
The yghFED operon appears to have suffered a deletion of the gspDEFGHIJK homologs (7403 bp) between the gspC-like (yghF) and the gspLM-like (yghED) genes. The entire operon from an enterotoxigenic strains of E. coli is present in Genbank AY056599.[4]
