Notes

Multiple alignment and RBS predictions support the annotation of native YebR as a 165 aa protein. A fully functional enzyme was translated efficiently initiating at this start site using a clone that also expressed a longer version with an N-terminal His-tag extension (Lin, 2007). Contains GAF domain. UPF0067 and COG1956 first functional member.[4]
