Notes

Has two ABC ATPase domains; ATPase activity is essential for function. A C-terminal domain of the protein displays predicted structural homology with the Little Finger domain of Y family DNA polymerases and is involved in DNA binding.[4]

Similar to yeast proteins involved in ribosomal function and assembly.
