Notes

FliZ antagonizes Crl activation of a subset of RpoS-dependent promoters, without changing RpoS levels, and thus resembles an anti-sigma factor at Crl-stimulated RpoS promoters (Pesavento, 2008). FliZ may also regulate FliA (sigma 28).[4]
