Notes

According to Brouns et al.[5], ygcH(b2756) is also known as casE. However, other database sites such as EcoGene have annotated ygcI as casE, and ygcH as cseC. I believe that the annotation of EcoGene and others is incorrect, because Browns et al. mutated the "the invariant residue His20" of casE, and there is not a His residue at amino acid position 20 in ycgI (while His20 exists in ygcH).
